Channel Configuration

To receive alerts, first you'll need to configure the channel through which you'll get the alerts. Navigate to Alert Settings under Settings to add your channel.

Currently users will receive their alerts via Slack and Microsoft Teams. Support for Email will be added soon.

Please reach out to us if you would like to enable a channel that we currently don't provide.

Slack Configuration​

To receive alerts via Slack please provide your Slack Webhook URL and Slack Channel name. For information on setting up your Slack Webhook, refer to their docs here.
